I am obsessed with gifs. Consider yourself warned.

But it's more than an obsession. Gifs are one of the best ways I’ve found to communicate emotion electronically.  Strategic gif usage builds empathy and creates a personal connection.  Not sure how you feel? Well, there’s a gif for that, too.

Team work makes the dream work.

I had just wrapped up a long tenure as a statewide nonprofit Executive Director and was chairing the board of a national nonprofit organization. My background in campaigns, issue advocacy, nonprofit and staff management, and board service gives me a unique perspective on what leaders and advocates need to succeed. My ability to lead broad planning processes and develop detailed execution plans allows me to help both nonprofit and for profit clients translate their vision into reality. While I hope to inspire my clients, they are the ones to inspire ME. The intentionality, grit, and dedication they bring to their work is incredible. And together, we've crafted strategic plans, strengthened their teams, grown their capacity, and deepened their impact.
